Inventory
Most items are stocked in our warehouse. On rare occasions certain items may be shipped from a secondary location.
Standard & Custom Sizes
We can custom cut almost any size to your specifications. 4" x 4" minimum. E-mail us for pricing.
The blades on our cutting equipment take 1/8" out of the panel on each cut. We must allow for that in the finished size. For example, we can produce 4 units of 23 7/8" out of a 96" sheet and not 4 units of 24".
We strive for total precision and zero tolerance, but the nature of our equipment and the factory cuts on some of the products we cut do not allow that. We must ask for approximately +/- 1/8" tolerance on all of our custom cuts & standard sizes. Diagonal tolerance is +/- 1/8"
Shipping
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. We ship all items up to 32" x 40" via UPS. 36" x 48" and 40" x 60" ship ground service via common carrier to your door. We offer overnight, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select, and Ground shipping. Expedited orders using Overnight, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select shipping generally ship on the next business day. This excludes weekends and holidays. If the item cannot ship on the next business day you will be notified. All items ship from our New York facility. (see UPS Ground Ship Map for ESTIMATED Delivery Time).
All over size shipments (over 40" x 60") are shipped via Freight. The exact method and amounts are determined on an order by order basis. Please note that the amount listed for shipping for these items may be more or less than indicated. Final costs will be determined and communicated to the customer prior to finalizing any order
CANADIAN ORDERS - Customer is responsible for all duties and customs relating to orders shipped to Canada. Foamboardsource is NOT responsible for these fees related to International shipping
Warranty
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability and fitness of the product for any particular application. Foamboardsource.com Inc. expressly limits its liabilities to any warranties exteneded by the manufacturerrs of the products it distributes.
Foamboardsource.com Returns Policy
Returns:
Please open your order immediately upon receipt.
No returns after 30 days.
Option 1:
If Foamboardsource.com has shipped your order incorrectly we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us and we will arrange for the return shipping. Once we have received the incorrect items we will ship out the corrected order to you.
Option 2:
If you have to return your order due to customer error there is a 15 day return window from the date the order is placed. The process must be started within 15 days of reciept. There is a 20% re-stocking fee, and the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost back to Foamboardsource.com.
Please contact us for your RMA number. Please use the original packaging material that your order was shipped in for the return and print a return reciept. We must receive the material undamaged for you to receive your credit.
Damaged Material:
If you receive your order and there appears to be damage you must sign for the package as damaged. Please report this damage to Foamboardsource.com within 48 hours. Also please send photos of the damage. We will contact you with your RMA number via email.
Option 1:
If replacement boards are needed due to this damage you will have to return the damaged material to us. Foamboardsource.com will pay the return shipping. Please use the original packaging to return the damaged items. Once Foamboardsource.com receives the damaged items we will replace the item(s) with a like number of the item(s) returned to us. Please make sure to count the sheets or items that you are sending back to us. The same holds true if a credit has been pre-arranged. We will only issue a credit for the material that we receive.
Option 2:
If you need replacement items to be shipped immediately please follow the above instructions regarding photos and RMA numbers.
You will have to place a new order. As soon as we receive the original damaged order a credit will be issued. Again please count the number of sheets or items you are returning to us. You will only receive a credit for the material we receive.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Terms can be arranged for Federal, State, Local governments, and educational institutions only
Purchase orders will not be accepted for orders totaling less than $100.00 in materials. We will gladly accept the aforementioned credit cards for your purchase.
